II graduation of the Harvest Equipment Operation program

Thanks to the alliance with the Instituto Nacional de Aprendiza (INA), on November 22 we graduated 9 people in our second promotion of the "Harvest Equipment Operation" program. This course was taught for 3 months, this being plus 268 hours of training. On this occasion we open the space to the residents of the communities to generate capacities and opportunities.

During our first promotion, aimed at harvesters whose work record was excellent, we managed to graduate 23 people in August of this year.

In this promotion, 3 women graduated who not only break stereotypes, but also set an example at the community level so that many other women are encouraged to venture into and train in trades traditionally reserved for men.

With this celebration, we close the year with a total of 32 people who have graduated from this program and are ready to take on the challenge of working in this trade.
