Environmental Policy
Azucarera El Viejo promises to prevent and mitigate its environmental impact, by means of wide-ranging environmental management that involves the control of processes and the awareness of collaborators, in a frame of continuous improvement and compliance with legal requirements.
Social Policy
The company is committed to outwards social performance with the nearby communities and inwards with its collaborators, seeking the continuous improvement of life quality.

- To become more and more competitive to be able to work even more on the issues of sustainability and to be able to compete in a market with an increasing trend to commercial opening.
- To create capacities in interested parties of the community on the subject of sustainability in order to work jointly on the management of impacts.
- To reduce the use of hydrocarbons and adapt to new technologies.
